We're Potrillo's Mexican Grill and we're a premier Mexican restaurant here in Auburn, IL, since 2020. Our fresh ingredients speak for themselves and make us stand out from the crowd. We offer several vegetarian options and a full bar with locally-sourced liquor, wine, and beer to accompany any meal. We wanted to bring our homemade authentic Mexican cuisine to our community. We had been part of many successful Mexican restaurants and decided to open our own space to share with the local community. We've got a wide variety of menu options for any taste bud plus a full bar and margaritas for takeout.
