Contacted Magnum Home Svs after they were installing a roof on my neighbors house. Unfortunately for the entire neighborhood we all experienced some terrible storm related damages and so I walked over to speak to a project manager presumably and he was very helpful in providing me with some pointers and who to contact to get my insurance claim started. I contacted my insurance company and they told me to get a few estimates and I called Magnum guys back and they performed a free roof inspection and checked my gable vents on the side of my house. Lots of damages discovered and so I hired them to do the job. Mario, Lester and Josh were all very helpful. The office staff were patient with me and guided me on my paperwork and other processes. My roof, siding and fascia repairs were done efficiently and professionally. My new roof looks fabulous and my neighbors said my house looks like a new home. Great service and I am a a happy customer. If you want a headache free experience call them they will do a good job.
