My name is Mariah Dudley, and I am a Richmond based Dog Trainer utilizing Science-Based, Modern Dog Training methods. I provide personalized attention - I treat every client and their dog as unique individuals, and provide tailored Dog Training services according to their own needs. I believe that kindness matters - I strive to use the kindest, Least Invasive, Minimally Aversive, methods available. Positive Reinforcement is the most powerful tool we have when it comes to teaching our dogs how we would like them to behave. It's science! Positive Reinforcement is about: Reinforcing the behaviors you want to see Keeping your dog from practicing (and learning) the undesired behaviors in the first place Management and Re-directing from un-desired behaviors to desired ones (and rewarding the desired behavior) Enrichment - providing plenty of opportunity for mental and physical enrichment activities that are appropriate for their age, size, breed, and temperament.
