My husband and I are not happy with Anaith from AMCG cleaning at all! The last time Anaith came to clean our house she was very rushed and left without cleaning one of our bathrooms. Unfortunately, her helpers did not do a very good job cleaning. For previous cleanings, each time she came to clean our house she had a different helper with her, which is fine with us as long as they know how to clean and we can communicate with them . This last time she came, her helpers didn't know how to clean very well . My husband mentioned that he was not happy with how dirty the floors were after being mopped and vacuumed. We had to re vacuum and mop our floors ourselves after they left. Anaith or her helpers completely missed cleaning our tub and toilet in our kids bathroom. The only reason we were able to get those cleaned is because she was in such a rush to get out of our house she kept leaving things there. My son had to run out and give her some cleaning rags she had left behind. I had to text her to let her know that she left a bucket with a bag in it. She came back to get the bucket and bag and that is when I showed her that they completely missed my kids tub and toilet. I know the only reason I was able to get my kids bathroom cleaned was because she had to come back to get her bucket and bag. After cleaning our house, she ran out the door and didn't say one thing to me. She didn't ask me if everything was okay or if anything else needed to be done. She left her son there to tell me to pay her, which was very impersonal and weird since my husband and I always pay her through zelle. She left other things at our house as well, that she's never come back to pick up. I don't know what was going on with her since she's cleaned our house other times before. Also, I actually run around every time before she comes to clean my house straightening everything up and getting as much off the countertops and as much off the floor as possible so it makes it easier and faster for her and her helper to clean. I also told her, anything on the floor that is not supposed to normally be there she can just ignore and clean around it without having to move any of it ( pictures that we haven't hung yet , suitcases from traveling still on the floor, Etc.) I spend probably a good 2 hours straightening up the house before the house cleaners come to my house and then I clean, fold laundry, and put things away the entire time there they're cleaning my house as well. I really try to make it as easy as possible for the house cleaners to clean my house , so I don't know what her problem or issue was, but my husband and I are not happy with her at all!! Her behavior was extremely unprofessional and left my husband and myself very confused!! ☹️
