They completely ripped me and my husband off for 2,500 hard earned dollars. Nothing but promises, no results, and they promised full return of our money, which we have received zero. Dozens of calls, emails, and texts go unanswered. DO NOT USE THEM, you may as well throw your money out the window.

Do not hire them! They claim they are members of the BBB (which is not true) and claim to have a money-back guarantee (also not true). When I changed my mind because they seemed sketchy and wanted to go with a local reputable publisher, they fought me for weeks and tried to upsell me on more services. Finally they agreed to refund my $1,500, but after two months I still haven't received any money. Sara claims it's a problem with their bank, but they can't tell me the problem or get it fixed. Every call takes another 7-10 business days, and you guessed it--nothing happens!

I won't recommend Pacific Ghost Writing. The project manager Anna didn't even know what's scope meant. We stayed patient with delays but the 3-5 months project was delayed to 7 months then 9 months. The contractor says they will help publish the book but they stopped responding. Now, we have to figure it out ourselves. The book has over 300 grammar, spelling mistakes. Amazon refused to accept until we fix those and these guys have stopped responding. Terrible, don't waste time with them.
