William Dempsey, M.D. William Dempsey, M.D., is a board-certified family medicine physician, Assistant Chief Medical Officer of The Wright Center for Community Health, and Medical Director of The Wright Center’s Clarks Summit Practice. Dr. Dempsey earned his bachelor’s degree in biology from The University of Scranton and graduated from St. George’s University School of Medicine. He completed his residency at Tallahassee Memorial Regional Hospital Center. Dr. Dempsey is accepting new patients of all ages.
