In 2018 this company installed a brand new A/C unit for $5300. We went with the unit they recommended. 3 years later the unit is leaking and when I called to find out what the process was the person who I presume to be the owner was incredibly rude and hostile. I agreed and acknowledged that his labor wouldn't be free and I tried to get him to look at the unit and all I got was rude answers from him and hostility. Perhaps he was mad at the baby screaming in his ear but that's not my fault.
