Dewayne Tentler is truly a criminal. He steals and strings you along as though he's going to fix something. The "deposit" was 80% of the $500 price tag. I should have realized he didn't know what he was doing when he walked in with virtually no tools. DON'T LET HIM SCAM YOU, RUN! He told me it was the motor on our Samsung Dryer and he would "be back." BTW he told me that belts are no longer used with motors. He's awful. Don't know how long he's had this so-called business but he couldn't remember from one time to the next which business name he used. He doesn't use any business cards and won't give you an invoice without being pestered. No company name or his name on the invoice you get and doesn't have correct info. Hopefully you've seen these reviews BEFORE he comes to your home.

DO NOT USE THIS GUY!!! Would give a 0 if I could. He charged $500 for a refrigerator repair that he never did. How this guy can sleep at night is beyond me. T

Stay away from this business! Very dishonest repairman. "Dwayne" had no intention of repairing anything - the man is out to scam customers.

Dwayne came to fix my washer did not finish. The job charged $300 for a 20 minute job parts cost $25 very rude and pushy Do not use this guy for anything. and left his mess for me to pick up.

Dwayne came to our home. Said he could fix our oven. That was in October. It's almost New Years and he hadn't done anything. Took money for the part. Lied about the actual order date. Didn't respond to calls. He is very rude . We are fighting to get our money back and contacting the better business bureau. I would not recommend him to anyone. If I could give zero stars I would!

Do NOT ever hire this man Dewayne. He came to my house ordered apart for my washing machine that took 8 days to get!! Then, he returned to fix the machine. $225 total and the problem was not solved. He promised to come back and never did; he expects you to contact him for follow-ups; he has very rude and angry tone on the phone; he was also rude to my daughter; this person does not know what he is doing. DO NOT HIRE

Poor quality work. Did not know how to install the seal. Paid for things he did not do. Would not recommend this company to anyone!
