I called Works Again appliance repairs and had them come out to repair my stovetop that would not heat up any more. They came out the next day and checked everything out, and needed to order a part to fix the issue. Once the part was in 3 days later, they got it repaired and works great now. Would definitely recommend them.

Very happy with the quality of service I received when they came out to fix my broken side by side refrigerator freezer (which stopped freezing). Because they check with customers first in troubleshooting, they had a pretty good idea of what parts may be needed to fix the problem. Sure enough, they fixed it the same day they came out.

My Whirlpool washer kept stopping mid-cycle before going to the final rinse cycle, so I had to manually turn it on every time to get this done. I explained the problem prior to scheduling and the WorksAgain appliance tech was able to go to his van inventory and select the replacement part that was broken and needed to be replaced. I definitely recommend this service company.

Hi Clayton, we don't always get so lucky when it comes to parts inventory, but having done this for many years, we know which parts tend to fail more than others and try and keep them on hand. We appreciate your nice review and taking the time to write this up!

This company really does its best to make customers happy. We had them out to fix our Viking Range (which aren't cheap) and they did a fantastic job, cleaned everything up after they left and the cost was more than reasonable for the service provided. We would recommend to others needing any help with appliance repair.

The garbage disposal froze up on me last week and I called them about the options to fix it. They said it would be more expensive to try and repair a five year old garbage disposal and suggested I replace the old unit. For about 50% more than the unit cost we decided to have them replace and install it for us. It was well worth it.

Honesty goes a long way in the service business. When I called this business about the problem we were having with the ice maker on our fridge, they told us a couple of common areas to check for, but neither of us have the time to try and do this ourselves, so we had them send out one of their appliance technicians. He quickly replaced a faulty part and checked and tested everything before leaving. They were courteous and fast in solving this problem for us.
