In June 2021, Miracle Method restored two bathrooms in my home. One hallway bath and one master bath. They should have restored the sinks, countertops, surround for guest bath, and both bathtubs. My surround for my tiled master bathroom was painted in error by the technician. To rectify this, they agreed to cover the cost to get the tile replaced. I called and let them know that we did not have enough left over tile to complete this. I was told that the owner would be informed and let me know what he would like to do. At this point, we had moved into the home. Within one week, the countertops were peeling in both bathrooms. Now the master bath and guestroom surround are also peeling. The service has a 5 year warranty. I was scheduled for a technician to come out on 3 occasions and they did not show up each time. I called and left messages to which again I was not contacted. I finally called the corporate office who connected me with the local office. The local office told me that he would not schedule another technician to come out and that I needed to speak with the owner. The owner acted as though he had never heard of this. He also did not schedule a technician nor did he repair the tilework. He will no longer answer his phone and said that he will file bankruptcy in a week. I asked the corporate office if they could send a technician from another office to fix the work to which I was told that they would not and that I must work with that office or that I can pursue legal action. There's been a lot of runaround and we just want our home repaired. Maybe another Miracle Method office is fine but I DO NOT recommend dealing with the South Ft. Worth office.
