The technician arrived on time, and he was an absolute professional. After a fast diagnosis, he figured out why our cooktop was not igniting. He explained to me what had happened, and he gave us some advice. He saved us hundreds of dollars in repairs, which was very much appreciated. We will still call this appliance repair company because of the efficiency and expertise of the technician!

The customer service was great and the repair cost was very economical. I couldn't believe that the technician alone could fix my refrigerator that was not freezing. He's an expert on everything. The problem was fixed excellently in less than 3 hours. The quality of his work was really good. I will call them in the future as well as recommend them to my friends.
