I was worried about timing while moving from my old condo. But they showed up 20 minutes prior to the scheduled time and had everything done exactly as it was estimated. The sofa didn't fit, so they improvised and took direction very well. They treated my stuff very kindly. Highly recommend them.

The crew that showed up was also very polite and respectful. They finished packing the items we weren't able to before they arrived. They were very careful with our belongings. They brought their own shrink wrap etc. They all did well.
