Depression & Anxiety Disorders: Evaluation and treatment with effective techniques for recovery from mood disorders. Couples Therapy: A systemic problem-solving approach is utilized to resolve conflicts, improve communication, and solve parenting problems. Family Therapy: Short-term "strategic family therapy" for the resolution of family systems problems, discord, and blended family issues. Our therapists are trained in short-term treatment techniques for dealing with single issue problems which are dealt with within a limited time schedule. Milestones Addiction Programs: We are a State Licensed Substance Abuse Facility.
