Dr. Jack Yu MD Dr. Jack Yu is the Associate Program Director at Vituity Family Medicine Center. He is a graduate of Boston University Medical School, and completed his residency at UCLA. Dr. Yu specializes in Family Medicine, and is certified in geriatrics, hospice and palliative medicine, and sports medicine. His goal is to always provide compassionate and thorough care. He believes in joint decision making, and life coaching in caring for patients. Outside of the office, Dr. Yu likes to stay active playing.
