My Potential is a mental health service dedicated to providing evidence-based therapy that empowers people living in the Mornington Peninsula region to reach their potential. We are passionate in partnering with you to provide unique therapy tailored towards your goals and needs. My Potential can help reduce the suffering that you may be experiencing due to depression, anxiety and other mental illnesses. My Potential offers individual and group therapy services that are client-centred and evidence-based. We also provide assessment and support for accessing the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).
