DO NOT GO! If I could give a 0 rating I would. I went to these scammers August 24, 2022 for an Ortho visit. They gave me an Ortho treatment plan and what my monthly payment would be. I told them I had a general dentist appointment the next day and wanted to wait until I got the amount for that plan before signing. I was told "oh don't worry, your insurance will cover it", so I signed the contract. The next day they gave me my general dentist plane which would cost me over $3000 out of pocket which I did not have and was denied care credit for. I asked in writing and via phone call for them to cancel my treatment plan. They have yet to do so and these scammers are taking money outside of my account monthly. They have been unresponsive to my messages and calls. Each time I get someone in the Ortho department on the phone they claim they will call back and never do. Do not give your money to these scammers. Oh, forgot to mention the dentist was not personable and rough and I waited over 1 hour from my appointment time to be seen. Then sat in the chair waiting another 30 minutes.
