Replaced a 25 year old deck. Priced shopped around with several other contractors. Royal Deck came in the lowest and glad that they did. The sales staff were professional measured the deck and listened to us, concerning our wants and needs. They offered ideas and solutions to ours questions and concerns. The installation team is great and easy to work with. The mitered edges on the deck are exact and no gaps showing. Everyday the installation team cleaned-up and they even had their own dumpster sitting in my driveway. Yes for a deck 28 by 15, you do need a dumpster with all the leftover materials. Communications with Royal deck is fast and easy, I used email, phone and text messaging. The team always got back to me. If I had to build a deck again, I would use Royal deck again.
