Very happy with my experience! I first used them to file my taxes last year as there was added complexity given the fact that I'm living in the US on a work VISA. They handled that with absolute professionalism, making it extremely painless. So much so, I reached out again to file for me in year 2 - and now I'm even more impressed for 2 main reasons: Firstly, since my first filing, we moved from Texas to Indiana, and I loved that I could keep that relationship despite moving to a different state - very cool! Secondly, they got me a great return, making it an incredible worthwhile investment, as I know I wouldn't have managed the same on my own, given my situation and limited knowledge of the process. Needless to say, I'll be using them going forward, and with their advice on how to claim and how to manage my dependents, I'll probably get even more back next time! Customer for life!

I had run into a complicated tax filing issue and after searching long and hard for a tax firm that would take my challenge, I hesitantly reached out to Dimov Tax. I was asked to do a 30 minute consultation first. After talking to some of the experts there, I felt comfortable in proceeding. However, given that they didn't have an office location in my state, I was still hesitant to do it all over phone/email. After speaking and exchanging emails and explaining my challenge, I felt confident that they can handle my case as they had handled several other such cases. They were thorough in their data gathering from me, assigned a specialist to work on my case who kept me updated throughout the process and ensured e-file went through. I've used Dimov Tax for the first time this year (for the 2022 return) and I'm very happy with their work. I have foreign accounts and capital gains to deal with and they handled all of it very quickly and correctly. I don't think I've ever filed my taxes this early (early March)! Note that they charge $120 for each foreign account that you need to declare in form 114. If you have several accounts this easily starts to add up. I found this a bit excessive given that adding a new account to form 114 seems to me to be relatively trivial. Once they are done they'll schedule some time with you to discuss your return which is helpful. Note also that they charge you in advance of doing any work. I was surprised because the previous company I worked with sent me a bill after everything was done. I agree that it makes sense to do it in advance and it's just something to be aware of.

My taxes can be a bit complicated, but they have worked with me while displaying a friendly, professional attitude and always responding quickly.
