This is not the first time I have had to deal with re-roofing a house, and I got multiple quotes before making a decision on who to use. I have to say that although I had a good experience with a prior company, Care Construction blows everyone else out of the water! Jeremy Is amazing, gave us a very fair detailed quote and told us exactly what to expect. Brooke in the office kept us informed every step of the way. The workers that came out to the house were pleasant and efficient, and kept everything clean and orderly. I cannot say enough good things about this company! Strongly recommend!!

I had a roof that was at least 26 years old and beginning to leak. I am a single mom and was nervous about loosing my house because of the expense of getting a new roof. Jeremy from Care Construction was very helpful and patient. I was able to get a quote from them as well as 3 other roofing companies. Care Construction the middle of the road pricing but I felt was the most professional. The other two companies wanted ME to fit into THEIR schedule, while Care Construction was very accommodating. My next step was to apply for a home improvement loan through my bank. One of the things that I had to do was remove the tarp and take pictures of the roof. I was stranded with no one to help. Even though I had not awarded the job to Care Construction and even though I didn't know if I would be able to even get the loan, Care Construction came out to my house to remove the tarp and take pictures of the roof. This helped me provide proof to the home lenders. Once I was awarded the loan, of course I went with Care Construction because they went above and beyond.
During the process, they kept me in the loop about budget, the projection was what was eventually the final amount. The only variable was the fashia and any repairs that needed to be done in order to pass inspection. When I originally set down with the Project Manager, I asked what this could cost. Of course he informed me of the range from several hundred to several thousand. We assessed what we think it would cost. I felt he was honest. Because I only had one leak, his projection was that we would probably need some repairs in that section. This was in fact the case. My variable cost was $750 so, I was within the budget we had projected.
I was very happy with the professionalism and honesty in the company. I have posted on our neighborhood website and I feel confident recommending Care Construction.
