I am super happy that they helped me get approval for my home loan. I've been to a couple of loan companies and they were just stressing me out over the requirements and the interest that I can barely keep up. I was glad that on the first call they explained to me everything and made sure that I understand and that I am willing to continue my application. They won't let you down.

Brightpath Funding has the best rate that I could find of any home loan, took years off our loan. Great rates, low establishment fees, and no ongoing fees. Getting the loan established took a while but once it was set up no issues. Highly recommended if you want to save on your rate.
