Neurosomatic Therapy (NST) is an integrative system of manual therapy that treats pain and dysfunction by addressing the source of the Eliminate Headaches & Migraines For Good Headaches may be caused by trigger point (TrP) referrals from the neck and shoulder muscles, but they can also be exacerbated by atlas/axis distortions, as well as structural imbalances in your back, hips, and legs. Trigger point referrals are not only painful, they are also potentially dangerous. TrPs constrict the arteries at the referral site making the area ischemic. TrPs behind the eyes or into the brain, for example, could potentially cause dysfunction in those structures due to lack of proper blood flow.
