BEWARE of this company TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WORKMANSHIP!
After 3 MONTHS refuses to return to fix his poor job nor refund my full amount so I can get my house correctly repaired, then blocks me entirely!
NBH was to establish how water was coming into my finished basement after heavy rain & to do all appropriate repairs.
I agreed on his estimate & subsequent contract which was exactly what was outlined on his estimate. First day those exact things were not being performed so I immediately call him out on it & to reduce the price (based on the estimate), he adamantly refused & told me what he was doing "is more than enough ", well to come to find out NO!!!
His detaching my deck, using 4x4's to hold up & proper flashing was NEVER DONE, but still being charged for it!
His definition of proper flashing was to use Protecto wrap a thick tape meant to be used behind windows only, only applied it on top of 1 joust & that was it!!
He cut & ruined 2 of my personally purchased pvc boards at my cost of $300 , gutters overhanging, under deck corrugated plastic applied full of holes, no silicone & not 1 person advised me of same until I noticed after heavy rain, defeating the purpose of water proofing.
Noticed rain still leaking into basement & his response was "idk....I did my job", oh NO!!!! So why is water STILL coming into basement, he then blames my deck.
Gave NBH 3 MONTHS to return always excuses after excuses, heated phone calls, name calling, etc
NBH needs MHIC license revoked asap! No excuse how I was treated nor robbed
