Mega Roof, LLC has an owner, Donna White, that is unprofessional and a shrewd businesswoman. Our relationship started in December 2021 when I was given her contact information in regards to roof repair. After meeting with Donna White, agreeing to Mega Roof repairing my roof, and signing the contract 12/21/2021, the roofing materials were delivered to my home and sat before the project began on 04/25/2022. After completion of the roof, I noticed that the turbines were not changed (new roof, old turbines). Donna White requested the remaining balance to be paid before the turbines would be replaced. After receiving the requested amount, the turbines were replaced but were both different and one was damaged. As of date, the turbine issue has not been resolved. There have been many attempts on my end to resolve the situation - sent multiple emails, letters, and text messages, contacted the BBB, filed a complaint with the Attorney General, and filed with the Clerk of Courts. Donna White has responded to emails, letters, and text messages with lie after lie (stating the date that she would have the roofers show but they did not return), she did not respond to BBB or Attorney General, and refuses mail delivered by the sheriff in court proceedings. After trying to have my complaint resolved for the past two years, I find it difficult that Donna White of Mega Roof, LLC has not previously received bad reviews, numerous complaints, or have been sued. She has been very dishonest, which presents itself as a fraud when she continually acknowledges the problem, states she is going to correct it, and then she is no longer accessible for communication. I would NOT recommend Mega Roof, LLC to anyone having roofing needs.
