They've done a repair on our system that everyone said was done for. Next year it did go down and I called them. They were able to work with me on a solution to get me a replacement. I really appreciated them doing that for me and should have gotten a replacement sooner than later counting that it does take a month or so for the attic through the wall units to arrive. They've done a great job craning and lifting the unit into the attic as well. Flawless job

We always get multiple estimates from different companies before hiring anyone . The reason that we have chosen Global International Heating and Cooling is that its the only company that presented us with several options and service plans to suite our need and financial situation . Our family have been running businesses in the area for a long time and we know how important it is to keep doors open so we wont lose any money due to HVAC systems not working . We cant afford it .So we opted for recommended option with best warranty in the business. And must add response time was impressive. We could not even get response other businesses for weeks .That is why in this day and age its important to have a solid company and solid plan so your call will have priority when you need it most. Cheap fix was not an option for us since system is over 10 yrs of age and these systems don t last as long as they used to and they must be professionally installed . We have hired cheap contractors before and out system was not properly installed . Keep in mind if you violate county code you might be fined excessively and endanger your home and waste money as your system will fail prematurely. So its important to have maintenance plan with reputable company .It will save you money on electric bill and repair costs . Systems properly and professionally maintained can last twice as long or longer . We appreciate this company so much for fast service when needed to take care of our emergencies and sometimes at ungodly hours . They also have Live ,real humans, answering service and not answering machine and robots like other companies .With some we have to wait for weeks to get a response . We were getting a response from other companies weeks after Global took care of our needs. They also have great team of great, professional , young ,licensed ,funny ,smiley ,friendly multilingual guys in great shape and work very fast .
