They're calling to confirm the schedule and I was so amazed for it was fast. When I hung up the phone I was smiling. I felt that this was going to be a good experience from that moment on. It was John, the technician who performed an excellent repair on my refrigerator gasket. Due to his great expertise and knowledge, he was able to fix the problem within an hour. It was a very satisfying quality. Highly recommended!

The office staff and the technician are very kind. I was so happy that I was able to hire one of their expert technicians. He only took an hour fixing up my refrigerator ice maker problem. Everything that failed to work was figured out and was fixed perfectly after an hour. Super happy with the quality. Every time I have an appliance issue, I will call them again.
