United Heating & Cooling, Inc. was founded in 1990 by brothers Joe and Jerry Lambert, and best friend, Mark McWilliams. Before starting United, all three had spent several years in the heating and cooling business absorbing all they could about designing, installing and repairing heating and cooling installations.
