Working in here I almost felt like I found myself in a mousetrap, the office looks good, everything sound appealing but it's a trap like in a Bram stroker movie, there is no ethics involved at all so expect the unexpected ( verbal abuse and no respect ),the employer will reveal his true color within a week because he can't fake it longer than that. Pure micromanagement to the core, at first, I didn't know how to define it, but it was from this office that I discovered the word "Micromanagement "and what it really means. I Came in as an office assistant, but I left that office as a marketing assistant in less than a month because in fact they weren't actually looking for an office assistant. The office is secretly being monitored so everything you speak is being recorded. The level of voluntary employees' turnover is flabbergasting.
