Do your research on this builder. He is rude and condescending. It took way too long to build our house. He also likes to hide all bad reviews on his page. Notice he has no comments allowed on his fb page. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this builder. I would give them a zero if I could. Since moving into my house I have met more people who have had worse experiences with Envy homes and Dave Nash then I have had. Oh, and let's not forget about his lawyer family members who will contact you. He will tell you everything you want to hear in the beginning, then in the end you will owe more money. IT WILL happen, trust me. I have lived in my house for one month and they said I owe more money when I contacted them to fix some stuff. Wow, coincidence? I think not.
