An absolute nightmare. Please read and heed my warning. This company does not care about you, your home, or your family's health. American Wholesale Floors (owned by Abby Floor Holdings) and it's representatives are highly unethical. They caused significant, bio-hazardous damage to my home and refuse to take responsibility. I spent several thousand dollars to re-floor my entire home. Several thousand more to repair the damage they caused, and will spend still thousands more in legal fees to try to compel them to do the right thing. Jay, the installer, failed to re-seat the toilet correctly after laying the new floor, resulting in the seepage of raw sewage water. This level 3 bio-hazard waste spread to adjacent rooms, and was absorbed into the walls, furniture and flooring. I'm sure not every job goes bad, but when one does, you can be sure everyone involved (Jay (installer), Cassandra (manager) and Creswell Dodd (owner)) will lie in the face of evidence and deny responsibility. I'm sorry I chose to support what I thought was a locally owned, small business. Large corporations like Lowe's and Home Depot will fix their mistakes, and can offer better prices. Make sure your flooring contract includes a licensed plumber for the re-installation of all plumbing fixtures.
