LuQuona was the 3rd realtor I worked with while searching for my second property to purchase. The first few realtors really didn't offer any help or guidance after the initial showing of the property I was looking at. When I met LuQuona she was pretty knowledgeable on the neighborhood we were looking in and even help me run numbers on the property we were looking at because I asked her too. I wanted the property but got outbid. The second place we looked out we submitted an offer that I could afford and got outbid. She kept on working hard to find what I wanted in my price range, very proactive! I don't know how she pulled it off but the third one we managed to close on. I'm a proud owner of a duplex thanks to this women thats in my price range. Highly recommended.
