We have just been delivered so I am following through on my promise to review our experience. The moving rep was AWESOME! I spoke with her the entire time with a few exceptions when speaking with a gentleman confirming the times for pick up and what not. They are definitely a tight knit family as my rep referred to everyone by name, including names of the crew members that would arrive. About a week before my move I got an email from Kate with a list of Do’s and Dont’s to make sure we were ready for move day which ended up saving us from all the additional fees the movers went over when they got here. I requested a later pick up because of my work schedule and they accommodated me, the guys were here until 4 am, they weren’t rushed or upset for working so late. Everyone was in great spirits and we even ordered a pizza for all of us. I really felt apart of their family and they treated us like we were. When I called at 6am and at 11:30 pm Kate answered the phone no matter what. I’m truly impressed by the extra mile every member of their staff took to make us comfortable. The final touch was after we were delivered we received a very sweet email from Kate, “thanking us for giving her the opportunity to coordinate our move and how grateful she was to be apart of our new journey!” Well we should be the ones thanking you guys, and I hope this review reflects our appreciation. To answer your question in your email, yes we would be more then happy to act as a reference so call anytime! We plan on using you guys for our daughters move home from college at the end of this year so we will have plenty of experience to tell your future clients about!

For starters this is the third time I have hired a moving company. The first time 2 years ago my price Increased almost $1,000, the movers took a dozen smoke breaks and were there for over 9 hours. When it was finally delivered half of it was broken or damaged. Now here we are needing to move again and I wasn’t going to let the past repeat itself, so this time I did my due diligence. I found a company that was very close to what Fresh Start had provided as their price but there was nothing online about them, I couldn’t even get on their website. So I went with the other company. Fast forward to my moving day even though I specifically asked if they were a broker and they said no, it was still a broker! The company that arrived had a Penske truck and two strangers in regular clothes that showed up to pack my most prized possessions. When I tried to call the company I gave my money too no one would pick up. I asked the gentleman at my house and as if it was nothing he told me they were In fact a broker and they were the movers. He informed me brokers will register 1 truck with the DOT and then by law can say they are movers when they aren’t! I called every company but no one could get me that same day. Finally I called Fresh Start and I am kicking myself in the butt for not doing that from the beginning. Hence why I am leaving a detailed review so hopefully the next person won’t be deterred like I was! They truly are a family operated company, Kate told me who my crew would be down to who would be calling me from dispatch. After they picked me up I emailed her late at night expecting a response in the morning and was shocked when she responded with in minutes. I have never had such great customer service with every person I had the pleasure to speak with. Robbie the guy in charge of our moving crew was so polite and efficient! Because of last time we expected an entire all day ordeal but they were done in under 4 hours! We got on the road and to our new place ahead of schedule and they delivered the very next day since we arrived early. The price Kate quoted me was to the penny what I paid for the move, I kept waiting for the big “BUT” to come on why it would be more but I am sitting in my new living room watching tv with my fiancé writing this review. I will highly recommend these guys they jumped over hoops to take care of my move, same day and even with the very short notice they were able to schedule it with out any hiccups! I look forward to never having to put my information online and dealing with being bombarded and stressed from the very start when planning my next move, You guys have a life long customer so thank you Fresh Start and all your staff for doing such a great job!

Thank you Fresh Start for taking care of my move. Kate was great, answered all of our questions and was available even when I called late at night before the move. The guys were polite I was nervous but my items have been delivered and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend these guys.
