Flowers By Wendy Carol is a very detail oriented florist that specializes in weddings, special events, parties, etc. For Local Deliveries and Online Orders visit our site. My love for floral design started in high school when my first job was at a garden center that also specialized in weddings. I was able to personally handle the weddings from meeting with the brides, designing the wedding flowers, to delivery and set up of ceremonies & receptions. I also worked with local companies, colleges, & hospitals for all their yearly events. Today, I am owner/operator of Flowers By Wendy Carol in Westminster MD, offering my personal service and expertise from your initial consultation to the moment of your occasion. We are very proud be a floral provider in Westminster, MD for the past 11 years. My true passion still drives me to bring that personal touch of elegance and beauty to your special day.
