Jeff Jack is a JOKE. he cant even fire someone properly. Lets text someone at 11 pm. Then call and fire them almost 14 hours later. What a coward. Where is the write ups? Where is the disciplinary action? Oh right they don't even have a legit HR department. This man talks to his employees like garbage, sends inappropriate emails swearing at his employees. They genuinely do not care about their employees. Sad thing is that the business isn't even in good standing with the state. They don't pay the wage they hire you on at, and then make up excuses for it. When you ask them about it and say what they owe you, they do nothing. The owner, Jim P. Agnello isn't any better. He lets his management staff do whatever they want and talk down to their employees. Its no wonder why they have 3 people working there. Everyone that works there seems to have the same complaint. High turn over and very unprofessional. I will be filing a formal complaint with the state and BBB. I wouldn't be surprised if there is some sort of fraud investigation as well with all the "Grey" area that happens in this establishment. I guess the Troy location is a step up from the last location with bed bugs. Too bad they didn't change management.
