This guy is a joke. 5 months and finally getting our stuff.Thanks to the storage company. Don't use them you will regret it.

Zero stars if I could but have to leave 1. DO NOT USE H&M Relocation Services. Changed contract price and terms at pickup. 6 hours late on moving day, 5 hours late the following day to pick up remaining items. Items carelessly packed and loaded. Picked up June 10 and 11, specified 15-21 days for delivery. Refused to fill out contract properly or provide a copy. Luckily I took a picture of the contract and saved the texts from the owner. September 17th and I still do not have my belongings. Receive nothing but lies from H&M when I do get a response. Been in contact with the police and have to retrieve my items from seized storage unit when this company was served a warrant. They have multiple stories about them failing to deliver.

I was not sure of using a moving company due to my bad experiences in the past but this company changed the old concept I had about moving. My advisor did an amazing job explaining me the whole process and the contract. He sent me a pretty good quote too. So I decided to move with them and I m glad I made the best decision. The movers showed up on time either for pickup and delivery. In about 3 hours my whole house was wrapped, packed and loaded. Fast and reliable service at a good price.

Moved about 2 months ago. First off service was outstanding!! I called my moving consultant all the time to change dates and other details and she was so helpful, never disrespectful or evasive. The crew was great too, they moved my entire house, packed and boxed my fragile items up and had me in my new home the next day!! I have moved 3 times before with other companies, and this by far was the best one.

My moving consultant was outstanding,l. He understood all my concerns and needs and worked on them throughout the whole move. I really liked his personalized service and his attention to every detail made feel sometimes as if I was his only client. Outstanding service at a really good price.

I thoroughly checked out several moving companies before picking this one. I chose them because our rep was courteous, HONEST, and price was pretty fair. They followed up on every detail. Their organization and enthusiasm to do things right was just great. This was a good experience for us and will recommend them.

I hired this company for my mom s move. She s a pretty old lady and I knew it would be a challenge. I m glad to say it was much better than expected and I m pretty grateful for that. Pretty much everything was great. No delays, damages or any problems at all. I really appreciate what this people has done for my mom.

I wish all moving companies be just like this one. They were incredible. The move was smooth and stress free. It is worth it to give them a try.
