I contacted my home warranty company about a dryer repair needed and they sent me to Geek Appliance Repair. They scheduled me 5 different times for the assessment and when I texted the owner since I couldn't leave a voicemail, he texted back that the tech tried to reach me via phone call an hour before service time and then didn't show because I didn't answer. I wasted time, money, etc waiting days for them to show up and gave them extra numbers if they couldn't reach me. When they finally showed for appointment, the tech basically ran in, took a few pictures, said they have to order a part and left. Then finally weeks later the other tech shows up and says they needed a new drum part too and would have to order that part too or see if the warranty company wants to replace if can't get part. The tech never called or texted to say what the resulting decision was and the warranty company said the tech ordered the drum. It has been over 2 months without a fully working dryer and the money and time I have wasted waiting on this repair is ridiculous and makes me angry! I still don't have the dryer fixed and it has been two plus months. Don't use this company.
