Very disappointing experience overall. The spa seemed understaffed, which resulted in delays and a rushed service. Cleanliness and attention to customer comfort could be much better. For the amount charged, I expected a higher standard of professionalism and care. Unfortunately, I left feeling that the visit was not worth the money.

My visit was not what I expected. The appointment started later than scheduled, and the service quality did not match the premium image the spa presents. Some areas appeared poorly maintained, and the overall experience felt unprofessional. Customer service could also be improved, as I didn't feel particularly welcomed or valued as a guest. I wouldn't recommend it based on my experience.

I visited MAGENTA Sky Day Spa expecting a professional and relaxing experience, but unfortunately it fell short.
