This company is a complete scam. Working with them was one of my worst business experiences in recent memory. Every aspect of their process was unethical, nightmarish and should be reviewed by the law. Carlos Alonza quoted me a price in April of 2021 for a move and storage for a May pickup and November delivery. After the quote and discussion, I paid a 33% deposit. He was very personable and available until the pickup. Upon arrival, in May, the movers informed me that my items were oversize and would required another $1,300 immediately or my initial deposit would be forfeited. I was very surprised to hear this as we spent an hour on the phone going over the items, their descriptions and dimensions. Because, I had limited time to find another mover, I paid the additional amount, however I felt ripped off. It got progressively worse from there. After the furniture was picked up, it became impossible to reach anyone. Carlos became unavailable, and there is no customer service number or operator. I finally reached someone on 11/9 and requested a 11/22 delivery. The furniture didn't arrive until the 9th of December, with a second $1,300 increase and the threat of it being dumped if I didn't come up with the cash right away. I was not told of the increase or the exact delivery date until Sunday evening Dec, the 8th, 10 hours before delivery. The delivery guys were nice, but left half of the furniture wrapped in blankets and plastic before taking off. When all was said and done, we are missing a brand new Tempurpedic King size mattress and a Queen size mirror. On top of that, my marble coffee table is shattered. Now they won't take my calls or answer my emails. Fortunately my first deposit was paid by CC and the bank agreed to dispute the payment. If Carlos Alonzo (a very smooth talker) or Top Tier Van Lines reach out to you, don't walk- run. If you've paid your deposit and still have time, find another truly reputable mover. Do not subject yourself to this insanity.

This team was very efficient. They arrived on time, and they took GREAT CARE to wrap and protect my items. Except for a couple of cheap floor lamps, nothing arrived damaged at my destination. I was HIGHLY IMPRESSED. I would recommend them again.

They exceeded our expectations. Planning and scheduling were easy, pricing is simple, and their recommendation to use a three-man crew actually saved us money. The time and cost estimate was very accurate too. Highly recommended.

The customer service is excellent. I was apprehensive when they said they would call me back for some of the documents I needed from them but they did call back, which is awesome and under an hour at that. My movers were great. They moved all of my things very fast, they disassembled my bed in less than 5 minutes. Most of all they were friendly. I highly recommend these movers.

I was very pleased with them and would definitely call them again. They were clear over the phone. They explained how they priced and what it included, and after I mentioned my home's contents, they gave an estimate that ended up being spot on. They scheduled me for the day and time i wanted. The 3 men who came where friendly and smiley, they even kindly coordinated around me as i did final packing! I felt they were very careful with my items. Nice men, i was comfortable having them in my home.

These guys were awesome! They were presentable, reasonably priced and quick. I would highly recommend them.

They did a great job and were also extremely friendly. They were efficient and accommodated all of our requests. This is my second experience with them and will always keep them at the top of the list.

These guys moved me with super-speedy efficiency, were extra-careful with my fragile items, and did it all with a great attitude.
