Dr. Baqai had just moved to his new practice in Hagerstown. I was the first full mouth to denture procedure. He took the time to explain what exactly he was going to do which put me to ease as I trusted him with his excellent experience and knowledge of the task. He did not let me down with his discussion of issues and explain everything to me and made me feel very satisfied and comfortable. Doctor Baqai was very friendly and easy to talk to during the procedure. The staff welcomed me with smiles like family and made me feel at home with my concerns and questions by the post surgical instructions. As I went home I was happy that the operation was very successful with very little discomfort, as Dr. Baqai was pleased that I was an excellent senior citizen patient with good health to give me a perfect full dental restoration.
