The worst property management company in the history of property management. If your HOA community is looking for new management, stay away.
1. Went to the office to ask why after almost 1 year, our locks were inoperable, and Amy Laughton threatened to call 911. ( I have video evidence). Hi Amy. Reminds me of Amy Cooper from NY who threatened to call 911 on a black man in New York completely unprovoked. Ironically they both have the same first name. I did not threaten Amy Laughton in any way, but instead of addressing the community's concerns she decided the police was a better solution.
2. I mailed a check as payment well ahead of the due date. The check was received in time but was posted to my account 5 days after the due date and of course they posted a late fee to my account. It took them almost 3 months to remove the late fee.
3. They hold meetings over Zoom but the meeting code they provide can never get you into any of the meetings. I have lived in this community for almost 1year and I have never seen any meetings.
4. Minutes of meetings are never provided on time.
5. We were having issues in our community and I called Ian MARKSBURY to address the concern, he answered the phone and proceeded to tell me about his retina surgery.. Sir, I don't need excuses, I prefer results.
6. Submitted architectural change request1 year ago. Still no response.
7. I don't believe they are familiar with Davis Stirling Act (2014)
