Burn Cycle & Fitness
We offer cycling, kickboxing, yoga, and other strength and cardio classes. You should burn anywhere from 200-300 in our 30 minute classes and 500-800 calories in our hour classes and see results in as little as four weeks. We strive for a family-friendly setting that maintains an athletic environment where we can all come together with the same goal in mind, finding our fire.
