At CF AYM, our staff work hard to provide athletes with group and individual coaching and challenging programming that meets everyone where they are -
AYM comes from the bible verse Ecclesiastes 9:10: "Whatever your hand finds to do, do it with All Your Might". AYM is our motto for work, family, and life. AYM Athletes get results, reach goals and have a blast while doing it. Class sessions last 60 minutes with each session consisting of a warm up, strength/conditioning/skill portion, and an individual, partner, or group workout.
