Foobao is a Chinese Restaurant in Catonsville, MD. Foobao is a family owned and operated Chinese restaurant that was founded by Dr. Richard Ke in Catonsville, MD to address a big problem with current eating habits. Doing away with the notion of serving fried and strong-tasting foods, Dr. Ke implemented the concept of light eating, eliminating oils and MSG from our kitchen to serve Chinese food that is delicious but still clean and good for your health.
