Ricky was the assigned technician for my refrigerator that was making noise. The first step he did was he took a little time to investigate where the noise from. Nothing was more irritating than a loud refrigerator, thus I really wanted him to determine whether it may be a serious problem. After a minute, the damaged part caught. The technician started the repair then and he replaced it with a new one to avoid the cause of the problem. It was fixed excellently! Super qualifying!
