This company has a superior process for the unit repair, from scheduling an appointment to diagnosing and fixing the problem. It was Sam, the assigned technician for air conditioning and heating repair services. He's courteous and knowledgeable. He cleaned out the parts and fixed the damaged ones the same day. He went above and beyond assessing other problems. Everything was fixed within an hour and my unit was running back to normal as we turned it on. You did a good job!
