Unhappy Customer
Quoted me $19 callout fee plus a $30-something additional fee for a residential lock. Took 14 minutes to have a locksmith return my call, then ~40 minutes to show up after telling me 30 minutes. On arrival, was told the cost would be $167 -- so 3.4 TIMES what I was quoted.
And then their "locksmith", who showed up with only a few cheap wave rakes, a couple of inflatable shims, a plastic shim, a few screwdrivers and a hammer -- and who *knew* his tools were worthless because he flat-out told me he "broke his regular ones" and didn't even want to try picking the easily-picked deadbolt until realizing he was never going to force the other door with his shims -- took more than **half an hour** to get me into the house, about 25+ minutes in actually asking *me* which way the lock turns. I've been locked out twice before, and both times the locksmiths who helped me got in within less than 30 seconds. But they had proper tools and staff who actually knew what they were doing.
Avoid this company like the plague. They're incompetent and they lie about their prices so they can blackmail you into overpaying once they finally show up.
