Peter R. Fried, MD, is an OHC radiation oncologist who serves as the medical director of the CyberKnife program at The Urology Group. His special interests include brain tumors, head and neck cancer and prostate cancer. Dr. Fried was drawn to the field of radiation oncology due its continuous clinical and technological advancements. He cites genetics and immunotherapies as recent examples in cancer care that have allowed for a better understanding of the disease and better treatment outcomes.
