People or rude and tend to be racial. I am an India with Indian accent. Before I served the notice for contract termination, I had some queries and contacted the leasing agent. I was speaking with him in English, however noticing I am an Indian "the agent asked me to speak in English".
My lease contract is terminated from Dec 31, 2020. However, the gas and electricity is still not transferred from my name. As I had setup auto pay, the monthly amount of about $90$ is still (March 2021) being deducted from my account. Upon contacting the utility company, I was informed that the leasing office needs to communicate asking them to transfer the ownership to them.
There is absolutely no one in leasing office, who cares for the tenants. STAY AWAY FROM THIS APPARTMENT COMPLEX.
