We're here to Serve Individuality using only the freshest and most diverse ingredients to create unlimited possibilities on custom pizzas. We're a locally owned and operated franchise of Pieology in Happy Valley located on the upper level outside of Clackamas Town Center, next to Chipotle. You'll love Pieology because we have the best crust and our dough and red sauce are made in-house daily. We also serve plump and juicy chicken wings and crispy tater tots. Build exactly what you want by choosing from our 6 sauce options, fresh toppings, all-natural meats, and flavorful afterbakes. Pieology has what you crave including vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free, or choose our famous cauliflower or indulgent cheesy stuffed crust. Also enjoy fresh salads, desserts, appetizers and a large variety of drinks and craft beers. Pieology is family friendly and perfect for large groups.
