On the CPA side - a small practice - personal and business tax returns - and as mentioned includes financial planning. Tax prep is commoditized - i want business relationships - the clients stay with us when we can create a bond. We contact our business clients quarterly to check on them and of course we have our monthly and virtual CFO clients we are in close contact with.
