I've moved many times in recent years -- I know how stressful the experience is -- and this was by far my best experience with a moving company. The scheduling process was straightforward, the price was very fair, and the movers were punctual, extraordinarily courteous, and efficient. All my items were moved with care and arrived safely. Alex and Esbai did everything asked of them and more -- including assembling several beds -- with professionalism. Raimond himself was very pleasant to deal with as was Riley the office manager. Ruits Relocation & Concierge was one of the best moving decisions I ever made. They were fast, careful and very pleasant. It was wonderful working with them. They basically RAN back and forth from their truck the entire time they were helping me move, even thought they could have taken their time. The move was quick and painless. Price was MORE than reasonable. I have recommended them to all of my friends/co-workers that have moving needs and would call them again in an instant.

This was my first time hiring movers and it went really well! I did a local move in NYC so it was pretty simple but I had a lot of stuff in a storage unit. The movers were great communicators and that exceeded my expectations. One of the movers called to confirm the night before and again in the morning. There were some issues that were no one's fault and they were resolved quickly (a mover felt sick and had to leave but a replacement came quickly. He also didn't even accept my tip and said I could call him if I needed anything). I was happy overall and the price was fair. Also they brought a large truck which I appreciated since I had a lot of stuff! Before the move, they got me the COI quickly, too, and answered any questions I had.

There was excellent communication and customer service from their sales rep. They went the extra mile to ensure everything was in place. Pick up, storage, and delivery all went to plan. Polish drivers at the delivery end were good-humoured and put everything in rooms as requested. All in all, I would highly recommend Ruits Relocation & Concierge to anyone who is seeking professional movers. The plus point is that they are good value. Excellent communication from start to finish.

The quote Ruits Relocation & Concierge gave me; along with the word of mouth I had heard about them, made me hire them. I must say, they really delivered. The crew arrived early despite my expectations and started working immediately. They efficiently packed all my belongings. They were so quick but careful while packing. The men then carried everything outside in a very cohesive manner. The organization among the men was absolutely plentiful. I understand now why everyone sings praises for these guys. All my valuables were delivered in the exact condition they left home. I couldn't be any happier with this company.

You should definitely use Ruits Relocation & Concierge because they are worth it. Last month I hired them for my long distance move and I do not regret it at all! They were top notch! Amazing! The guys were prompt, efficient, friendly and very helpful. Packed and loaded everything in just 4 hours. They did not take any breaks nor wasted time. They called us an hour early before arriving at our new place. They helped us decorate the new house as we saw fit. They carried everything to the 3rd floor so easily! I do not think any other mover could have done it any better. They are reasonably priced, efficient and worth your money!

Very good with packing my stuff into storage. following instructions, careful handling of items. I didn't have a bunch of furniture, so it was mostly boxes. They managed the break down of the elevator at the storage unit. I highly recommend them. They even accommodated my needs and moved me to a long distance location they do not go to. They are also responsive and communicative. The office staff were easy to talk to and understood my needs. Great work. I am very satisfied and recommend them highly
